BUT...how is the original of a digital work sold?
There is no original..its a digital file...originals come from traditional work.
An original is an actual physical piece of art...
Oh and also...back to "your" website....if you poke around, and if you read anything on John John Jesse, it says he works in traditional media.
Gouache, ink...etc..
Makes me think that ...wait...why is ALL of this stuff listed as digital?
THEN I also wonder...why, if this is a digital work, is there info about the camera listed on them? That isnt very likely unless you printed out the file and then photographed it..noone would do that. Getting a faithful copy in the printing process and photographing process is hard enough.
Its very much appears that, you found the work on websites, downloaded them and then posted them on this account as your own...and even stole the man's name.

the gallery that represents him may pursue legal action when they discover this.
theres a conflict of interests here, since d.a. retains rights to images posted here and the rights to many of these images have already been sold to various concerns.
